".............the boldness of the inflorescence; despite its size, is almost amusing in comparison to the scale of the dark green leaf...........I choreographed the protective strength of the leaf with the gentle movement of the flower head  to accentuate the absurdity of it........by overstating the negative space, the elegance of the composition helps to convince the viewer of the beauty to be found in the most unexpected places of my natural environment........."
